My name is Kelly and I am a licensed childcare provider, military wife and a stay at
home mom with nearly 20 years of childcare experience, which includes the raising of
my own 3 sons (ages 17, 9 and 4) along with caring for other's children through out my
life. I provide full time and part time childcare in my home located in Otay Ranch of
Chula Vista. I am just 2 blocks away from Heritage Elementary School. I am English
speaking only.
My daycare is a home where you can bring your child and feel complete trust that your
child is in a safe and loving environment. You can return to work with peace of mind,
knowing that your child is in good hands and that he or she is being loved and nurtured
and treated as my own family. I have an open-door policy which means that you can
come to my home anytime during daycare hours. My door is always locked for the
children's safety, but just knock and I will quickly let you in.
At my daycare I provide lots of love, lots of attention and lots of fun! I have two
separate playrooms along with additional areas to play that I have filled with brand new
clean and safe toys, along with educational items that your child will love to play with.
I sterilize and clean toys and items daily to keep out the germs! We have a big safe
fenced in & locked back yard with fun outdoor toys (a playhouse, kangaroo climber,
lookout playhouse, 3 wheelers, 2 brand new coupe cars, balls, bubble machine and a
wagon to go for wagon ride walks!). The kids love it all!
We celebrate each child's birthday here at the daycare! We have birthday decorations,
games, cupcakes and the child will receive a birthday gift from the daycare &
sometimes from the other children too! I put a notice up when one of the children's
birthdays are coming up and most of the parents like to bring gifts for the birthday boy
or girl. So it makes for a real fun day! I always take lots of pictures to share with Mom
& Dad.
I want your child to have a great time here and learn at the same time. We do
preschool activities with the older children to get ready for kindergarten. We practice
our alphabet, counting, writing, we read books, draw, paint and have fun with arts and
crafts.
I also offer an occasional "DATE NIGHT" for those much needed dates for Mom & Dad
for an additional fee. The dates will be announced but will usually be on a Saturday
night from 6 p.m. to whenever. I also do overnight care when needed for members of
the daycare only.
